Install the latest version of Java

Updated September 10, 2014: The company that provides the Java viewer updated their system so the Java site exceptions below are no longer required and will cause viewing issues.

March 24, 2014: As per Java.com, Release 7 Update 51 of Java introduces Exception Site List feature.Adding application URL to the Exception list allows users to run Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) that would normally be blocked by security checks. COR360’s invoice viewer feature utilizes IBM’s Daeja Viewer component that depends on Java on the client’s machine and currently in order for it to function, the COR360 site URLs must be added to the Exception Site List. Corcentric is working actively with IBM to get updates so that this dependency can be eliminated.

COR360 URLs that are required to be added to the Java exception list are:

See How to configure the Exception Site List

Confirm that you have the proper role

If you are receiving an error that says your account has been deleted/not set up, please confirm you have the role UF_SY_BUSUNIT_UFLOR. Many OPS and a few other employees do not have this role and need to request it.
