Delivery Requirements

Initiate service via Service Request form(see: Service Support section)

CLAS wired network connection(see: CLAS Wired Network Connection Service); Wired network access request form. (Required information: MAC address; Vendor, Model, OS, Machine Type, Serial Number, Location, Primary User Gatorlink)

Service Targets

Standard provisioning turnaround:

  • Service Request response: 4 hours
  • Wired Network Connection Request response: 4hrs

Standard request turnaround:

  • Dependent on user availability and goals
  • Standard request turnaround: 2 days
