CLAS IT provides services to faculty, staff, and graduate assistants in units within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. CLAS IT also coordinates all unit IT personnel and computer contacts within the college.
How to contact Us
Send requests or questions using the CLAS IT Forms. Other forms of contact, including phone calls, email, or in-person request to an individual CLAS IT employee do not constitute an official request.
Certain types of official requests must be submitted by a unit’s computer contact or office manager. The contact is responsible for reporting computer and networking problems and requesting CLAS IT assistance as required.
Our office hours are from 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding federal, state, and university holidays and natural emergencies. CLAS IT personnel are not on call outside of business hours except for critical network incidents outside of these hours.
CLAS IT personnel will respond to requests for technical support by the end of the next business day. At a minimum, this will include an acknowledgment of the problem report and/or a request for additional information. See the CLAS IT Service Policy
Department IT Services
Some departments in CLAS have their own computing staff, resources, and services other than those offered by CLAS IT.
