CLAS IT provides hardware and software technical support for UF-owned computers in CLAS departments. If the department does not have local IT support, CLAS IT also supports software issues if the computer is managed by CLAS IT and joined to Active Directory.
CLAS IT can only offer limited support to assist users with Macs, mobile devices, and privately-owned or self-maintained desktops and laptops not joined to Active Directory. Information about Self-Managed Computers
On-call support is available Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm by dialing 846-1990. Support requests can be entered 24/7 using CLAS IT forms.
This is a free service provided by the college.
Users must be CLAS faculty or staff.
