The University of Florida has signed a license agreement to provide everyone at the university a pro license for the Zoom Video Conferencing Software. With Zoom, it’s easy to:
- Conduct simple online HD video and audio meetings
- Run on-the-fly or scheduled presentations with a prospective customer
- Perform live demonstrations in real time
- Collaborate on documents with your colleagues or external partners
UFIT plans on enabling Zoom at the end of August and CLAS IT will be making the Zoom client available to CLAS IT managed Windows machines through the CLAS Apps utility in early September. When Zoom is available, you will be able to host your own Zoom meetings by visiting https://ufl.zoom.us.
