Changes to Submitting Support Tickets, June 13

Update: The upgrade to the Remedy ticketing system has been made. Call CLAS IT if you have any problems submitting a ticket.

You’ll continue to use the same links for reporting support issues, but the forms and the process to check tickets will change. For example, you may have to log in with your GatorLink account in order to submit a request.

The switch to the new system is scheduled between 7am and 8am on June 13th. If you have a problem submitting tickets during that time, please call CLAS IT at 352-846-1880.
