UF faculty and staff will now have the option to send and receive faxes via email.
This service will reduce the need for fax machines and printing costs and make it more convenient. Anyone with an Exchange account can send faxes to any US fax number.
In order to begin receiving faxes via email, your department must have a fax email account associated with a fax number. An existing fax number can be ported over to this service.
