In an effort to make it easier to maintain a web presence and enhance web services, CLAS IT is starting a pilot program this Spring to help migrate faculty websites to people.clas.ufl.edu
This program is designed to provide basic instruction on the usage and the benefits of a content management system, including:
- Edit and create pages using a web browser. No software or ftp client required.
- Add more dynamic features including posting blogs, embedded media, calendars, and forms.
- Ability to choose from different templates and page styles to change the look of your site.
If you have an existing HTML or blog web site, CLAS IT staff can help migrate pages into the new system.
