- Case: Standard models come with either Small Form Factor and MiniTower cases. The MiniTower case is the standard size “tower” most individuals are used to and is usually kept on the floor, while the small form factor is smaller in size and is better suited to sit on top of the desk.
- Video Card: Dual monitor support for all cases by the onboard Intel Integrated Graphics via Display Port connections.
- Support: 5 Years Hardware Service with Onsite/In-Home Service After Remote Diagnosis warranty option. This allows our techs to work with Dell on your behalf on any service requests.
- Business Class: Unlike Home or Consumer versions, business-class computers are designed from the outset to be more consistent (you can usually order the same model for 6-18 months), have identical parts available when components need replacing, and have multi-year warranties. This is generally not guaranteed on machines designed for home use.
